About me

Me (!!!)

Howdy. I’m Peter. (Though alternatively, particularly online, I use the initials PS.) If you’re reading this, you’ve arrived at my site which means you probably got here accidentally, so welcome! While your presence is much appreciated, know I ain’t in it for the page views and everything here is firstly for my own amusement. I realized one day I hadn’t a collection of my amazingness online and figured I ought to fix that asap, hence: carefultom.com. Actually, I really just wanted a place to assemble some of my interests and have something to show for all the time I spend on my computer. If our interests happen to intersect, neat-o!, I’m glad you here. I also keep telling myself I need to write more so maybe this’ll be a motivator…slightly doubt it but worth a shot.

Some things to know about me…I love movies (more than anything in the world). I’m particularly fond of classic American films from the ’30s to ’50s though I watch a lot of new releases with a preference for dramas. I also love to travel. (Movies and travel? How original!) Most recently I was in Japan which I quickly came to love more than any place I’ve yet been. I’m also quite the fan of France.

Some other things to know about me…I’m a librarian. I have a general affinity for stuff from mid-century. I like baseball, and also lots of music. I tend to be rather passionate about my interests so I guess that’s the sort of stuff you’ll find on this site.
